About the Role This role focuses on auditing wax gating and wax weld components as they move through molding to cleaning, ensuring quality and readiness of fixturing for ongoing operations. It also entails maintaining inventory to confirm that fixturing components are readily available and that wax dies and components are available at molding machines.
What You'll Do
- Audit wax gating and wax weld components against standards as they move from molding to cleaning (and related steps).
- Maintain inventory and control physical inventory to ensure fixturing components required for efficient pattern and gating operations are readily available.
- Ensure wax dies and components are available at molding machines.
What We're Looking For
- Attention to quality and ability to audit components against documented standards.
- Experience or ability to manage and verify inventory of fixturing components.
- Availability to work the weekend shift (Friday–Sunday) at the Wax Center.
