About the Role Weekend Hub Delivery Driver – Experienced Amazon DSP Drivers wanted. This role is for a Hub Delivery Driver handling hub routes with long drive times and multiple stops, coordinating with hub partners for final deliveries. Expect an early start (7:40 AM) and a schedule that can get you home in time for dinner. This is a driver-centric operation within Eccles Express, with a focus on driving over in-and-out van activity. What You'll Do
- Drive long distances safely, following all traffic laws and speed limits.
- Deliver top-notch customer experiences.
- Handle 3-4 hour drive time each way with 4-8 stops per route.
- Work independently while equipped with GPS technology and ProMaster vans, and maintain efficient package organization.
- Load delivery vans with accuracy and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Dispatch from the DKS3 warehouse and pick up packages at WCI1 as part of hub operations.
- Maintain enthusiasm and meet team and personal goals through effective route management. What We're Looking For
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license. No CDL required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; reliable, safe driving record.
- Comfortable using handheld devices for route management.
- Strong customer service skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with Amazon DSP or hub-delivery operations (not explicitly required, but beneficial). Compensation & Benefits
- $22.25 per hour base pay.
