About the Role The Weekend Hospitality & Sales Associate supports Amista Vineyards' tasting room operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and wine service during weekend shifts in Healdsburg, CA. This role focuses on customer service, hospitality, and driving sales in a fast-paced tasting room environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and provide a warm, professional tasting room experience
- Pour wines, describe features, and upsell for a memorable visit
- Maintain tasting room cleanliness and organization during shifts
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and guest checkouts
- Collaborate with team on events and daily operations, especially on weekends
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year experience in a tasting room, hospitality, or retail environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of wines, especially organic and Rhône varieties is a plus
- Weekend availability and a positive, energetic demeanor
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with organic wines and/or Rhone wine styles
- Ability to multi-task in a busy tasting room and coordinate with team
Compensation & Benefits
- $20 - $46 per hour
- Part-time weekend schedule
