Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Website and Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, a keen eye for detail, and the technical skills to bring design concepts to life. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining our company’s website, as well as creating a wide range of visual content to support our branding and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and more.
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring a user-friendly experience across all devices.
- Create visually appealing and responsive website layouts, using HTML, CSS, and other web development tools.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and supports our marketing objectives.
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies, implementing them as appropriate.
- Develop at least 30 images and 10 to 15 videos in a month.
- Work closely with copywriters, photographers, and other creatives to produce cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Website Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design projects.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic tools such as Canva, Biteable etc.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web development tools.

Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
