About the Role Join Indra Group's Software Production Division as a Web Portals Development Team Lead in Madrid, guiding a 10–15 person team in a hybrid work model. You will drive the design and development of advanced web portals for critical environments, ensuring security, accessibility, and high-quality user experiences at scale. What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate a Web Portals development team (10–15 people).
- Supervise the technical progress of projects and monitor assigned tasks.
- Provide technical support when blockers or questions arise within the team.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations of team members.
- Ensure proper technical coordination within the team and with other areas, especially with the technical coordinator of the solution.
- Participate in the design and development of web portals, ensuring quality and functionality.
- Ensure the application of best practices in web security and data protection.
- Contribute to defining UI/UX and accessibility standards (WCAG). What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams and managing web development projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing web applications and portals.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of web security, UI/UX, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with JEE (EJB, JMS, JPA, JAX-RS, JAX-WS) and OpenJDK 8 or higher.
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle) and PL/SQL.
