Web Designer - Content Generation team

Job Description

• Design and art direct various design projects and websites that reach millions of users every day
• Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a visual story, UI and full website flow
• Create beautiful, on-trend design assets while always staying true to our user needs
• Develop innovative branding concepts and visual languages
• Unite all aspects of our products’ presence with a consistent look & feel
• Define the design guidelines and flows for AI products, aiming to provide the user the best designs.
• Define the design standard for AI-generated visuals.
• Work with AI tools as an integral part of the design process
• Track and adopt new technologies on an ongoing basis, and harness them to improve day-to-day work
• Collaborate with different teams across the company, including product, content visual experts, marketing and QA to work on inspirational projects that get global exposure
• Work together with AI experts as part of a collaborative, team-based approach
• Take ownership of each project from the first ink drop to the last pixel At Wix, we believe our best work happens together. Our work model is fully in person, with 5 days a week from our office. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a professional design environment
• Excellent branding and visual language creating skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
• AI savvy, with hands-on experience creating visual content and design using generative AI
• Strong knowledge of generative AI models, products and platforms for visual content creation and design
• Artistic and detail-oriented
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Curious, self-motivated, eager to learn and out-of-the-box, conceptual thinker

Additional Information

We are the Content Generation team. We design visuals for Wix’s millions of users around the world: visual assets for websites, various components and presets, and website templates. The team includes designers and AI experts who work together to deliver the most advanced and innovative solutions to our users. We specialize in art direction and in creating diverse content across different media, branding, and content design for the company’s various products, primarily AI products, using a wide range of constantly evolving technologies.
