About the Role Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Weapons Systems Engineer to support programs at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. This role focuses on engineering, integration, and testing of complex weapons systems within defense programs. What You'll Do
- Provide systems engineering and integration support for weapons systems at the Eglin site.
- Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and customer stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and risk assessments.
- Support on-site testing, qualification, and delivery activities. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with weapons systems, defense programs, or systems engineering lifecycle.
- Ability to work on-site at Eglin AFB and travel as required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have
- DoD program experience or security clearance.
- Familiarity with defense standards and compliance processes.
