Job title: Wax Core Prep/Operator
Wax Core Prep/Operator supports wax core preparation for the airfoils manufacturing process at the Painesville, OH facility. This 2nd shift position (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) reports to the Wax Area Manager and focuses on timely, quality wax core prep tasks.
What You'll Do
- Complete assigned wax core prep tasks according to the schedule set by supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and help reduce scrap
- Meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
- Collaborate with team to solve problems and maintain a strong sense of urgency; ability to work independently as needed
