About the Role This weekend-shift role supports the Wax Center within the Structurals division, focusing on auditing component quality and fixturing, maintaining inventory, and ensuring wax dies and components are available at molding machines. The mission is to audit components quality and assembly fixturing to set up jobs and move through the operation when the pattern is complete, and to confirm that fixturing components required for efficient pattern and gating operations are readily available.
What You'll Do
- Audit wax gating and wax weld components against standards as they move from molding to cleaning.
- Audit component quality and assembly fixturing to set up jobs and move through the operation when the pattern is complete.
- Maintain inventory and control physical inventory to confirm that all fixturing components required for efficient pattern and gating operations are readily available.
- Ensure wax dies and components are available at molding machines.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of wax gating and wax weld components and related standards.
- Experience with quality audits and attention to detail in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to manage inventory and ensure availability of fixturing components and wax dies.
- Willingness to work weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday).
