About the Role The WatHab Engineer will manage the infrastructure program for the Philippines' WatHab in Detention project, reporting to the WatHab Coordinator, and overseeing the program's implementation, team, and budget follow-up within the ICRC’s detention policy framework. What You'll Do
- Design, plan and provide on-site follow‑up for complex WatHab in Detention engineering projects within the Philippine delegation.
- Manage the WatHab infrastructure program in detention, ensuring objectives, resources, and robust project reporting.
- Lead the WatHab in Detention engineering team (2–3 resident engineers) and support other Water & Habitat team members in the Philippines.
- Contribute to annual planning processes (APM and PMfR) and other institutional reporting.
