About the Role The Water Treatment Field Service Technician will install, service, and maintain water purification equipment at customer sites, typically using a company service vehicle. Equipment training is provided; prior technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is encouraged. This position is based in Alpharetta, GA with 50%+ travel to customer sites in the surrounding area. What You'll Do
- Install, service, and maintain water purification equipment at customer sites
- Operate a company service vehicle and complete on-site tasks
- Receive equipment-specific training; willingness to train the right person
- Travel 50% or more; overtime opportunities and on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends
- Work in a high customer-facing role and uphold safety standards What We're Looking For
- HS diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water
- Basic controls ability (PLC)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and smart devices
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel 50% or more Nice to Have
- Technical, mechanical, or plumbing experience is especially encouraged
- Experience with water treatment equipment is a plus Compensation & Benefits
