Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activities.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for suspicious behavior or incidents.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports.
Enforce company security policies and procedures.
Provide assistance to employees and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

Basic education and physical fitness.
Proven experience (1+ years) in a security guard or watchman role is preferred.
Knowledge of security procedures, surveillance techniques, and access control systems.
Ability to remain alert and observant for extended periods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
