About the Role The Wastewater Treatment Plant Supervisor oversees the operation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and daily management of Clallam County’s wastewater treatment plants and collection systems serving Clallam Bay and Sekiu. Serving as the Operator-in-Charge, this position plans, organizes, assigns, supervises, and evaluates the work of wastewater treatment personnel while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and County policies. The incumbent collaborates with the Utility Program Manager to support budget planning, resource management, and the continuous improvement of treatment operations to protect public health and the environment.
