About the Role Join Hy Cite Enterprises as the Warranty & Repair Lead in our Middleton, WI warehouse. The role oversees warranty and repair customer orders, including managing product returns, allocating workloads, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining communication with internal and external partners. This position also drives daily metrics reporting and supports the growth and development of team members.

What You'll Do

• Register returns accurately and promptly into databases and work queues
• Lead the team in maintaining precise and timely order fulfillment
• Guide employee training and development
• Support suppliers in the return of defective samples for evaluation
• Gather, compile, and present productivity metrics for the department
• Manage inventory of spare parts and repair supplies
• Track and maintain productivity reports and KPIs
• Foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow and uphold compliance policies, reporting any violations as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience using Power BI, including report/dashboard creation
• Strong skills in data analysis and KPI identification
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
• Tact and diplomacy when working across teams and with customers
• Ability to perform under guidance with a moderate level of independence
• Comfort in handling both standardized and evolving tasks
• Strong problem-solving mindset; able to address undefined issues as they arise
