About this role

About the Role Warranty Assessor reports to the China Warranty Manager and coordinates with the Claim Assessment Coordinator. Responsible for analyzing and processing warranty claims submitted by the agriculture machinery dealer network across the China SEAJ sub-region of APAC, ensuring correctness and integrity per published Warranty terms and conditions. Ensures accurate and timely processing according to targets and serves as the first-level liaison with the Dealer network through the WIT tool, clarifying doubts and delivering trainings to improve claim quality. What You'll Do

  • Manage daily warranty claims and/or pre-approvals according to workload.
  • Verify warranty policies and procedures application.
  • Check claims integrity and correctness according to Warranty Terms and Conditions.
  • Address claims control according to Dealer behavior and deficiencies.
  • Perform weekly self-assessments / audit checks on managed cases to monitor Warranty Claim discipline (Reversals & feedback); cross audits for claims assessed by Co-assessors.
  • Ensure compliance with various Audit requirements (Stat, SOX, ISO, Internal, etc.).
  • Communicate with Dealers through WIT about cases and address doubts or questions.
  • Manage Claim processing and WIT tickets in a timely manner in respect of the targets given.
  • Deliver warranty trainings to the network.
  • Improve customer satisfaction.
  • Inputs to Business Intelligence for process simplification and to improve dealer experience.
  • Warranty Registration discipline (Reversals & feedback).
  • SME / Co-SME of Compliance What We're Looking For
  • Experience in warranty claim processing and pre-approvals, policy verification, and checking claims against Warranty Terms and Conditions.
  • Ability to verify policies, check claims integrity and ensure correctness.
  • Familiarity with dealer networks and warranty-related communication via WIT; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and auditing abilities, including self-assessments and cross-audits; comfort with compliance and audit requirements (Stat, SOX, ISO, Internal).
  • Experience delivering trainings and improving dealer knowledge and claim quality.
  • Ability to collaborate across Warranty, Compliance, and BI teams and to translate data into process improvements.
