Job title: Warranty Administrator
About the Role Bombardier is seeking a Warranty Administrator to assess and adjudicate warranty claims for Bombardier Aviation, including narrow body and wide body aircraft. You will work with databases and suppliers in a web-based SAP/Customer Portal, provide professional customer service, and ensure warranty processes are compliant. The position operates primarily in a remote office environment with collaboration across teams.
What You'll Do
- Adjudicate warranty claims, service orders, sales orders, and other claims in a web-based SAP/Customer Portal; provide status updates and communicate adjudication to customers and service partners.
- Provide information sessions with customers and service partners on a scheduled and unscheduled basis.
- Help create and maintain flat-rated man-hour lists for removal and installation of aircraft components.
- Produce reports, administer policies, and develop propositions to improve warranty cost trends and administration techniques.
- Represent the warranty department in meetings and stay informed about upcoming technical changes.
- Support the development of processes and IT systems that will improve warranty operations and efficiency.
- Support customer claim processing efforts.
- Work under limited supervision in a remote office scenario and ensure compliance with Bombardier Warranty Programs, Schedule A, or similar documentation.
- Input, edit, retrieve, format and generate diverse reports and documents using a variety of applications.
What We're Looking For
- Technical College (AME) diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 8 years in aircraft industry aftermarket areas (Part Logistics, service centers, contracts, customer support)
- Hands-on aviation experience preferred
- Knowledge of BA contracts, Schedule A guidelines and warranty policies
- Knowledge of aircraft systems, technical manuals, service bulletins publications and maintenance schedule
- Basic evaluation and research skills to search and interpret information from databases and administer customer claims
- Ability to rapidly determine the level of effort and tasks required to perform warranty work on aircraft
- Ability to input, edit, retrieve, format and generate diverse reports and documents
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge would be an asset
- Time management and prioritization
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written); French fluency would be considered an asset

- SAP experience would be an asset
- French language skills would be an asset
