About the Role The Warehouse Technician 2 will manage clinical supplies logistics to support successful execution of clinical trials. This role focuses on coordinating procurement, distribution, and inventory management with emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the procurement, distribution, and inventory management of clinical supplies for ongoing and upcoming clinical trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess supply needs, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with study timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supply levels, manage reorders, and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages or delays.
• Interact with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery while managing relationships effectively.
• Provide support and training to team members on clinical supplies processes and compliance best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical supplies management or logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to clinical supplies, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
