Over half of Diageo’s 30,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. About the role

In this role you will promote and lead a spirit of “Safety First” in all other areas of the operation! The ability to address problems and work in highly effective teams is essential for success. As a self-motivated member of the Diageo Lincolnway Team, you will provide support, training and mentor to your fellow team members, and encourage and engage others. You will have the opportunity to also work closely with multi-functional departments (Operations, Processing, Asset Care, Quality, and Logistics) to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all aspects of the facility. - Perform all job functions safely.
- Must be qualified to possess forklift operator’s license
- While performing the duties of the job, employee will be regularly exposed to work in busy, high traffic areas therefore, employee must be aware of all surroundings.
- Must regularly lift, push or pull up to +50 lbs.
- Regularly exposed to a noisy environment.
- Work in and around machinery, moving vehicles and pedestrians.
- Must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hearing protection, safety glasses, safety toed shoes, cut resistant gloves, bump
