Warehouse Team Leader - Receivables

The role

We’re searching for a driven, hands-on Warehouse Team Leader – Receivables to take charge of incoming stock, inspire the receivals team and deliver outstanding results every day. Lead from the front:

• Coach, motivate and bring out the best in the receivals team.

• Take ownership of incoming goods and ensure stock is processed accurately, safely and on time.

• Drive the daily workflow and keep receivals moving efficiently.

• Make sure every part is checked, labelled and placed in the correct stock location.

• Spot issues early, act quickly and partner with the Supervisor or Manager to keep standards high.

• Give new team members a great start through practical training and support.

• Join forces with the warehouse leadership team to improve processes and lift performance.

• Champion safe work practices and set the pace for high standards across the warehouse.

• Build a positive culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Proven team leadership experience in warehousing, retail, logistics or another fast-moving environment.

• A current forklift licence and a strong commitment to safety.

• Great organisation, clear communication and the confidence to lead people.

• Confidence using inventory and freight systems, backed by intermediate computer skills.

• A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to make things happen.

• Experience with RF scanners preferred.

• Knowledge of heavy vehicle or commercial spare parts will give you an advantage.
