About the Role
MandM is recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to support our Moreton on Lugg site. This permanent, full-time role involves monitoring KPI results, leading daily tasks and targets, and ensuring health and safety across the warehouse, working on a 13:45-22:15 onsite shift with a 5/7 rota (two weekends out of three).
What You'll Do
- Monitor department KPI results and provide feedback to staff
- Lead start-of-shift briefings, organise daily tasks and targets for the team
- Assist with absence management including participation in return-to-work meetings
- Prepare and complete appraisals, identify future talent and communicate training needs
- Be responsible for the health and safety of the team and area
- What We're Looking For
- Experience leading a warehouse or operations team
- Strong communication and task-management skills
- Ability to manage attendance and participate in return-to-work processes
- Experience conducting performance appraisals and identifying training needs
- Focus on health and safety in a warehouse setting

- Salary: £16.26 per hour on weekdays; £20.33 per hour on weekends
