What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and manage daily workflow to meet performance targets
- Ensure safe and compliant operations, accurate inventory control, and timely order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and supervision to optimize processes
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and participate in training and development
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and workload balancing during peak periods
