About the Role Uline is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead in Edmonton, Alberta to supervise daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role contributes to safety, efficiency, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and manage daily workflow to meet performance targets
- Ensure safe and compliant operations, accurate inventory control, and timely order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and supervision to optimize processes
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and participate in training and development
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and workload balancing during peak periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading a warehouse or distribution center team (supervisory or team lead experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
