What You’ll Do

As a team lead, you’ll be part of our team located in Brewster, NY. You’ll get to:

• Leads the Receiving Department and ensures that all jobs are completed safely and correctly with a focus on quality and compliance

• Receive product into WMS, verify accuracy and UOM.

• Report discrepancies and troubleshoot any received shipments and/or errors.

• Support development of direct reports through coaching and various training initiatives.

• Interact with other departments to resolve issues.

• Track receiving and employee productivity.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• 2 to 4 years of warehouse / receiving experience is required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of LPN, pallets, labels, etc.

• Experience with WMS and handheld devices (RF).

• Forklift operation experience and certified.

• Experience in a fast paced, distribution type environment.

• Computer knowledge with Microsoft office and WMS.

• Ability to communicate with vendors.

• Data entry skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• If lifting and moving boxes up to 40 lbs
