Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor – Shipping & Receiving is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound materials through the dock and receiving areas. This role provides direct leadership to Shipping/Receiving Team Leaders and associates, ensuring inventory accuracy, on-time shipment performance, regulatory and customer compliance, and adherence to safety and 6S standards. The Supervisor drives continuous improvement of dock operations, coordinates cross-functional priorities, and establishes and monitors performance metrics to support overall warehouse and production objectives.
