About the Role Guardian Glass is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the float glass facility in DeWitt, IA to lead a 7-8 person team, coordinate production, uphold a safety-focused culture, and ensure on-time, high-quality outputs. What You'll Do
- Coordinate production with 7-8 employees in a specified area
- Promote our self-driven safety culture
- Manage labor, prioritize projects and daily operations
- Communicate effectively to meet deadlines, ensure follow up, and manage goals
- Work hands-on with production and planning teams as needed to fulfill orders in a timely manner, escalate issues, and make decisions
- Ensure quality products are produced
- Partner with contractors and cross-functional teams
- Monitor production systems and enter data, correct errors, and control key screens What We're Looking For
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts (12 hour shifts 6:00-6:00, DuPont schedule) Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience with Continuous Improvement Events/Activities Compensation & Benefits
