About the Role The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse and delivery operations at Rheem Northeast Distribution's Toms River, NJ branch. What You'll Do
- Plan and oversee warehouse and delivery operations to deliver outstanding customer service and employee safety
- Work with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to ensure consistency in branch culture and communication
- Oversee the cycle counting process and maintain facility safety to protect against loss and present a professional image
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- May perform various warehousing and delivery tactical roles when needed
- All other duties and project work as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of a strong background in warehouse operations, delivery, shipping and receiving, and inventory
- Commercial driving experience with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record; ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights (up to 20 ft)
- OSHA/warehouse health and safety knowledge
- Forklift and other PIV certifications are preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, delegation, and decision-making skills; able to work independently
- Professional demeanor when working with customers, contractors, and employees
- HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required
- Willingness to own and lead warehouse projects
- Must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical card

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
