What You'll Do

• Supervises operations, the service to the customer, administration and systems within a warehouse center. Uses computerized systems to monitor inventory levels, fulfills customer orders, supervises receipt, storage, order picking and sending the FG to the distribution center and 3PL, selects, develops and evaluates staff to ensure the efficient operation of the operation. Provides support to all personnel under charge and ensures that operations are carried out according to established procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise inventory adjustments and records, according to shrinkage and damaged items, location changes, Kanban updates.

• Attend all Tier and Gemba meetings in production areas.

• Coordinate the preparation of customer requirements

• Conduct safety walks

• Maintain control of processes for proper handling of materials and maintain 95% inventory accuracy.

• Ensure all procedures are kept updated and carried out during the operation

• Monitor that staff complete all courses assigned in Compliancewire.

• Organize and implement inventory maintenance and storage area tasks.

• Measure and report the efficiency of warehouse activities and employee performance.

• REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE.

• 3 years as supervisor or similar role with warehouse staff

• Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, Import-Export, International Business (Preferred)

• Basic to intermediate English

• Project presentations, participation in negotiation processes
