Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible, organized, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a warehouse.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for warehouse organization, inventory and stock management, logistics coordination, daily reporting, and the supervision of sales, marketing, and administrative activities connected to warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of Sales and Marketing Representatives.

• Oversee the proper arrangement and organization of the warehouse.

• Ensure products are stored appropriately and maintained in good condition.

• Manage stock levels, inventory records, stock movement, and reconciliation.

• Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of products from the warehouse.

• Support logistics planning and ensure timely movement and delivery of products.

• Monitor stockkeeping procedures and minimize inventory discrepancies or losses.

• Prepare and submit accurate daily reports on warehouse activities, stock movement, and other operational updates.

• Supervise and support administrative duties relating to warehouse operations.

• Ensure compliance with established warehouse procedures and operational standards.

• Coordinate effectively with management and other departments when required.

• Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, B.Sc. or equivalent qualification. Candidates with WAEC/WASSCE and strong relevant experience may also be considered.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, stockkeeping, or a related role.

• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.

• Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.

• Ability to prepare accurate operational and inventory reports.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate multiple warehouse activities effectively.

• Responsible, trustworthy, proactive, and attentive to detail.

• Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory records will be an advantage.

• Location Requirement

• Candidates should preferably reside within Lagos Mainland, particularly Ago Palace or surrounding areas, for ease of commuting to the warehouse.

Salary

N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
