About the Role The Warehouse Supervisor (Shanghai) leads warehousing operations to support production, improve efficiency and ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with ISO and EHS requirements. What You'll Do
- Develop warehouse objectives and strategy to support department goals.
- Control and monitor warehouse spending & headcount.
- Support production flawlessly.
- Manage daily warehousing operation such as materials receiving, issuing, products packing & shipping in compliance with procedure.
- Continue to improve the efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Optimize space utilization and operation process.
- Manage warehouse to meet all systems’ requirement (ISO, EHS etc. )
- Focus on continuous improvement by leveraging ERP and WMS tools
- Develop a capable team to support business grows
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor or above, with major in Automation, Electrical and Computer.
- At least 2 years management experience.
- Well understand and master the major environmental and safety factors involved in the department- Know EHS relevant law and regulations - Setup and manage function EHS objectives - Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements).
