Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management, ensuring accurate records, efficient workflows, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Implement warehouse procedures and effective inventory control systems.
• Supervise the warehouse team and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Sales, Parts Sales, Finance, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure traceability.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports and warehouse performance data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
