Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Supervise receiving, storage, picking and shipping.
Monitor inventory.
Lead cycle counts.
Ensure FIFO.
Manage workforce.
Ensure EHS compliance.
Analyze KPIs;
Coordinate material flow
Support continuous improvement.
Participate in cross-functional projects; support annual inventories;
Perform additional assignments.
KPIs: Inventory Accuracy, OTD, Productivity, Cycle Count Accuracy, Safety Incident Rate
Ensure continuous material availability; maintain inventory accuracy;
Ensure customer delivery performance.
Optimize resources; foster a safe environment
If you have/are:
5+ years in warehouse/logistics operations including 2 years in supervision; automotive preferred
Bachelor degree in Logistics is a plus
Lean Manufacturing and Forklift Safety Awareness certifications
