Job title: Warehouse Supervisor
About the Role The Warehouse Supervisor is a key member of the store leadership team responsible for supervising all warehouse functions, including receiving, processing, and restocking on the selling floor. This role ensures efficient product flow to drive store performance.
What You'll Do
- Oversee warehouse organization and operations; ensure all goods are scanned correctly, processed efficiently, and properly sorted; manage recalls, damaged, and transfer items appropriately; maintain and inspect the warehouse area including cleanliness of the warehouse and restrooms; complete replenishment tasks and verify daily scanning tasks per company standards.
- Maintain store presentation and selling floor standards by completing eUSR (electronic stock unit report), auditing displays, and ironing goods per visual guidelines.
- Process omnichannel orders using correct procedures, in a timely and orderly manner; monitor when new omnichannel order batches are available for processing; assist customers picking up orders.
- Lead and develop the team: communicate effectively with others, report to the manager on customer and merchandise status (e.g., placement, stock, fitting room queues) and on business processes; provide training and distribute tasks; share product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and all safety and security guidelines; support sales by delivering customer-centric service and proactive problem solving.
- Use business insights and analysis to drive sales; ensure correct sizes are displayed on the floor to maximize purchase opportunities; engage customers with solution-oriented questions; contribute as a positive team member to achieve team goals.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum age 18; must be able to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
- Full-time availability; schedules vary but require 40 hours per week; evening and weekend shifts required; hours may be adjusted during peak periods.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience: at least 1 year in warehouse operations preferred; supervisory/management experience not required.
- Customer-centric mindset, commitment to inclusivity and diversity, strong work ethic, leadership, collaboration and teamwork, adaptability/agility, and strong decision-making/problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1+ year warehouse operations experience preferred.
