About the Role As a Warehouse Specialist for Marketing Materials, you will manage the full material flow for marketing assets, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and distribution to sales teams, partner agencies, and customers. You’ll balance fast, quality service with cost-efficient logistics and maintain accurate inventory records. What You'll Do
- Receive, verify, and record quantitative and qualitative marketing materials and equipment in accordance with relevant documents.
- Manage inbound, outbound, and transfer of materials and equipment, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the system.
- Plan and coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and equipment to sales teams, partner agencies, and market customers.
- Participate in periodic inventories and contribute to stock accuracy.
- Identify and report any nonconformities of received or returned materials and equipment.
- Prepare reports on stock levels and movements as requested by management.
- Maintain the warehouse in an organized, clean, and safe state in line with company standards. What We're Looking For
- Completed secondary education (higher education an advantage).
- Proficient in computer use (MS Office – Excel, Word; SAP or other management software – advantage).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to solve problems and react quickly to unexpected situations. Nice to Have
- Higher education degree (advantage).
