W.B. Mason is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our team. This is a full-time, first-shift position with no nights or weekends required.

Overview

As a Warehouse Receiver, you will be responsible for unloading merchandise from delivery trailers, verifying and sorting incoming stock, and placing items in their designated storage areas. You will read customer orders, prepare materials for distribution, and assist with inventory tracking. You will also operate warehouse equipment and help maintain a clean, organized workspace to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

What we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs
• Ability to read invoices
• Ability to follow written and verbal assembly directions
• Mechanically inclined
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and math skills

• This role may involve operating certain pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Training and certification on each piece of equipment are provided and required prior to use. Use of untrained equipment may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
