Job Description

Responsible for operating and changing all liquor bottles, wine boxes, soda tanks, and co2 tanks; returning and replacing all empty tanks, kegs, bottles, and boxes by the end of each shift.

Responsible for keeping all supplies, including dollies, in their proper storage areas.

Must adhere to and monitor the cleaning schedule for Storerooms and Coolers.

Responsible for keeping fruit, milk, or any other edibles off the floor in the walk-in coolers and in their proper storage area.

Responsible for keeping coolers neatly stocked and rotated.

Receive and store all orders from vendors and/or warehouse.

Stock and maintain side stations.

Work well under minimal supervision

Must have a friendly and outgoing personality

Ability to multi task
Qualifications

Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers and gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions

Must be able to obtain and maintain a pallet jack license

Must successfully pass background check

Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening

Must be 21 years of age
