About the Role Kipp & Zonen is a world leader in sensors, stations and intelligent networks for solar energy, hydrology and meteorology. Our solutions provide valuable insights that help water and weather experts protect lives, the environment, and infrastructure. The role is based at our Delft production site and starts on a temporary basis (one-year contract). The Warehouse Packer/Outbound role focuses on preparing, pulling, packing, weighing and labeling products based on daily orders, ensuring full traceability of shipments and maintaining efficient use of the warehouse and packaging material. What You'll Do
- Packing and to prepare shipments of (but not limited to) the repaired and calibrated service orders;
- Frequent monitoring and control of status of inventory finished products;
- Receive and assist inbound and outbound deliveries from logistics suppliers and courier services;
- Monitoring and maintaining accuracy of data entered in our ERP system including serialized items and non-serialized items;
- Periodically stock count and managing mispackaging;
- Implement processes and initiate activities to reduce mispackaging;
- Daily alignment with the shipping department to plan the orders to be packed and to work together to plan future workload;
- Align and communicate with internal as external stakeholders such as but not limited to: Procurement, Production Planning, Logistics service providers. What We're Looking For
- Proven work experience as a warehouse packer or proved experience working in a warehouse environment;
- Good communication skills, in Dutch and English;
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
