Job title: Warehouse Operator
About the Role Medline is seeking a Warehouse Operator to operate machinery to move materials around a facility for shipping, processing and receiving. This role includes unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, picking, relocating, and stacking product to support inventory and order fulfillment.
What You'll Do
- Catalogues, records, and organizes materials received; Arrange materials for order assembly.
- Fulfils worksheets or tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions.
- Locates and gathers products for movement to production, assembly line, or shipping areas.
- Assembles, builds, wraps, sorts, and transports customer orders.
- Operates hand truck, cart, dolly, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to transport items.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, picking, relocating, and stacking product as needed.
What We're Looking For

Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Basic keypunch skills.

Physical ability to bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.

Flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Experience operating material-handling equipment (hand truck, cart, dolly, forklift, order-picker, walkie) as applicable.

Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience and/or training.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $18.50 - $26.75 per hour (USD).
- Benefits include health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off for employees working 30+ hours/week. For roles with less than 30 hours/week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, EAP, ERGs, and Employee Service Corp.
