Job title: Warehouse Operator I

About the Role The Warehouse Operator I is responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and storing inventory in the warehouse. This role includes picking and packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The candidate selected must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods and regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when required
• Coordinate activities surrounding warehouse operations
• Unpack, inspect, sort, and store stock in appropriate locations
• Ensure pallets and shelving units are in good working condition
• Organize stock and maintain inventories
• Maintain safety compliance when operating material handling equipment
• Report unsafe conditions and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of recent distribution or warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working at heights while using machinery when required
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Experience using RF scanners or manual picking preferred but not required
• Forklift licensing: Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, or Dock Stocker; reach experience preferred
• Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• SAP background preferred but not required
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications

Nice to Have

• Experience using RF scanners or manual picking (preferred)
• SAP background (preferred)
• Forklift license types: Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, Dock Stocker (Reach experience preferred)
