About this role
About the Role The Warehouse Operator will service, protect and care for goods stored in our facility. You will operate equipment and perform unloading, inspection, stacking and shipping activities with a strong focus on accuracy and safety. What You'll Do
- Unload freight from semi-trailers and other conveyances.
- Operate RF scanners, forklifts (sit-down and stand-up), pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and other warehouse equipment.
- Receive freight: unload material, inspect, and record into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Count product and compare to work orders to ensure shipment accuracy.
- Report shortages, overages, damages, and mis-shipments via forms or scanners.
- Efficiently stack and store product to prevent damage; verify seals, damage, infestation and product identifiers (lots, batches, serial numbers).
- Follow company policies, safety programs and customer service requirements. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Forklift experience.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Basic math and attention to detail.
- Safe operation of equipment; experience with RF scanners and WMS. Nice to Have
- RF scanning and WMS experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $19-$21 per year.
- Onsite, full-time role.
