Warehouse Operator
The Warehouse Operator supports daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory control, proper material handling, and timely support of production and shipping requirements while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
- Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, packaging, and finished goods according to procedures
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy
- Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production and outbound shipments
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Support material flow to meet production schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP)
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory processes
- Report and investigate inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety, GMP, and company procedures
This role is part of the warehouse and operations team and works closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to support efficient plant operations. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
