Job title: Warehouse Operator / Forklift Operator
About the Role The Warehouse Operator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate stocking of products and raw materials to meet internal and external requests. This role supports production through material replenishment, operates forklifts, and maintains a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment at Sika Thermotek in Mexico.
What You'll Do
- Fulfill transfer orders to regional facilities, invoices, or customer picking lists with correct quantities, packaging, and batch numbers.
- Replenish materials according to the PEPS (FIFO) system, following routing and Hand Held device usage where applicable.
- Supply materials for the production line according to work orders (WO).
- Perform forklift checklists.
- Keep your work area clean and organized and follow safety standards.
- Support inventories.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms during the shift.
- Attend scheduled training relevant to your position.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift operation experience and knowledge of the PEPS system.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating different types of forklift equipment and warehouse operations.
- Skills: teamwork, results-oriented, attention to order and quality, decision-making and initiative.
