About the Role The Warehouse Operator 1 is responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and storing inventory in the warehouse. This role involves picking and packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The candidate selected for this role must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods, frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, and be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the shift. Physical stamina is essential as tasks are consistent and fast-paced throughout the workday.

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when required.
• Unpack, inspect, sort and put stock away in appropriate locations.
• Coordinate activities surrounding the warehouse operations.
• Ensure pallets and shelving units are in good working condition.
• Organize stock and maintain inventories.
• Maintain safety compliance when operating material handling equipment.
• Report any unsafe work conditions; maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of recent distribution or warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working at heights while using machinery, when required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Experience using RF scanner or manual picking preferred but not required.
• Licensed with forklifts: Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, or Dock Stocker (Reach experience preferred) is a strong asset.
• Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude; ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• SAP background preferred but not required; Intermediate knowledge of computer applications.

Nice to Have

• SAP background is preferred but not required.
• Reach experience and multiple forklift types.
• Experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $19.81 - $29.71 hourly.
• Shift: Fri-Mon, 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM; weekend shift.
