Warehouse Operations Manager
CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead storage and distribution activities by establishing policies, SOPs, KPIs, and accountability, while supporting cost control and timely client invoicing.
What You'll Do
- Establish rules and regulations in accordance with legal provisions, the Code of Employee Discipline, and related Company policies, and ensure fair and consistent implementation across all employees without exception.
- Plan, organize, and control all aspects of storage and distribution processes, including receiving, warehousing, and dispatch operations, by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational programs, policies, and procedures.
- Review current procedures and establish simple, clear, and documented SOPs and operational procedures that are consistently followed at all levels of operations.
