Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, identify, and document incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel and other approved inventory management systems.
• Prepare stock reports, inventory summaries, and reconciliation records.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products under specified conditions.
• Issue materials to production departments based on approved requisitions.
• Monitor stock levels, batch numbers, expiry dates, and material status labels.
• Ensure proper segregation of approved, quarantined, rejected, and returned materials.
• Conduct routine stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with GMP and GSP requirements.
• Report damaged materials, stock discrepancies, and other warehouse-related issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory management, stock reconciliation, data entry, and warehouse reporting.

• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse documentation.

• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Storage Practice (GSP).

• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and perform physical stock counts.

• Familiarity with the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished pharmaceutical products.

• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a team.

• Experience with inventory management software will be an added advantage.
