Job title: Warehouse Mgmt. Systems (WMS) Analyst II
About the Role The Operations Systems Analyst II (WMS Analyst II) will serve as the go-to expert for implementing and maintaining warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. You will analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our systems in support of DHL Supply Chain's growth and delivery excellence.
What You'll Do
- Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems to meet business needs.
- Analyze data to increase system functionality and efficiency; identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions.
- Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and reports.
- Identify and address potential issues and risks.
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 0+ years of analytics experience.
- Experience implementing and maintaining warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with SQL and dashboard/reporting tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000 - $90,000 (national); California ($70,304 - $90,000), Washington ($80,169 - $90,000), New York ($62,354 - $90,000), Colorado ($57,500 - $90,000).
