Warehouse & Measurement Specialist (Pompano Beach, FL)

Ищем специалиста для работы на чистом, организованном складе стекла и фурнитуры и для самостоятельных выездов на замеры к клиентам в Майами и других городах Флориды. Позиция заключается в выполнении складских задач, а также в выполнении точных замеров для установки дверей и перегородок.

Освоение обязанностей проходит поэтапно: сначала вы изучаете продукцию компании и задачи на складе, затем обучаетесь выполнению замеров. После обучения вы совмещаете работу на складе с выездами на объекты клиентов.

Роль подойдёт человеку с техническим опытом, вниманием к деталям и умением общаться с клиентами.

We are looking for a Warehouse & Measurement Specialist to join our team and work in a clean, well-organized glass and hardware warehouse.

This position offers an opportunity for professional growth, starting with warehouse operations and progressing to independently performing precise measurements at client sites in Miami and other cities across Florida.

The ideal candidate has a technical background, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

COMPENSATION & CAREER GROWTH

• $22/hour starting rate, W-2 employment.
• $25/hour after the first month of employment.
• 3-month probationary period. After mastering warehouse operations and completing product training, you will move on to training for independent field measurements. In this role, you will represent the company at client sites and be responsible for accurate measurements while continuing to support warehouse operations.

INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving and storing glass products and hardware.
• Inspecting products for quality and verifying dimensions.
• Checking the availability of required components and hardware.
• Picking and preparing customer orders.
• Packing orders for shipment.

FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently traveling to client sites.
• Taking precise measurements of door openings.
• Communicating professionally with clients.

Requirements

• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
• Russian proficiency: Native or B2+
• At least 1 year of experience in construction, warehousing, or engineering.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Citizenship, Green Card, a valid EAD), or another qualifying basis.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Confident computer skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects, climbing ladders, bending, squatting, working with arms raised above the head, and performing repetitive movements.
• OSHA training (can be completed after joining the company).
