About the Role Join P&G at the Northeast Fulfillment Center as a Warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator. You will help keep site throughput flowing, move inventory, replenish automation, and ensure product quality and on-time delivery. What You'll Do
- Deliver materials to or remove materials from manufacturing, packing, converting, or assembly operating areas.
- Move finished product from packing areas to other areas in the warehouse and assist with loading product onto trucks for customer or distribution center shipments.
- Receive orders to load products on trucks and move materials to staging areas for palletization or from manual pick stations.
- Maintain accurate finished product inventory and handle goods shipped to customers and returned to P&G.
- Act as System Owner or Equipment Owner for your area; operate and maintain equipment.
- Order and schedule trucks, international shipment containers, and rail car deliveries to and from the plant.
- Be present and prompt for work each shift; learn multiple functions within the department and support the shift team by flowing to various tasks; complete a 6-month probationary period to demonstrate competencies.
- After probation, opportunities to expand into other warehouse areas (electrical, quality assurance, safety, hygiene and other areas of expertise).
- You will be involved from Day 1 with high-speed converting and packing equipment, computer-based process control, and preventive maintenance. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED and 18 years of age or older
- Experience operating material handling equipment
- Mechanical skills preferred
- Maintaining accurate records and data
- Working computer knowledge
- Strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Flow-to-work mentality; hungry learner
- Willingness to learn multiple functions and support cross-functional tasks; 6-month probationary period Nice to Have
- Interest in expanding into additional warehouse areas such as electrical, quality assurance, safety and hygiene, and other areas of expertise Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $22.43 per hour, with up to a $2.00 shift incentive (potential total up to $24.43/hr)
