Warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator

About the Role Join the Northeast Fulfillment Center as a Warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator. You’ll help keep site throughput flowing and ensure quality expectations are met across the fulfillment center. What You'll Do

• Deliver materials to or remove materials from Making, Packing, Converting or Assembly operating areas.
• Deliver and remove finished product from a Packing area to other areas in the Warehouse.
• Receive orders required to load product on a truck for customer or distribution center shipment.
• Move material to a staging area for further palletization or customization and from our manual picks stations which include individual cases or layers of finished product.
• Maintain accurate Finished Product Inventory in a Warehouse.
• Manage material that has been shipped to a customer and then returned to P&G.
• Act as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate.
• Operate and maintain the equipment in their area.
• Order and schedule trucks, international shipment containers and rail car deliveries to and from the plant.
• Be present and prompt for work, every shift, as part of the Northeast Fulfillment Center’s team.
• Seek opportunities to learn multiple functions within the department and support the shift team by flowing to various tasks.
• Start at entry level and advance by demonstrating growing levels of operating, maintenance, and leadership skills.
• Undergo a 6-month probationary period to demonstrate competencies and explore opportunities to expand into other warehouse areas. What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety at all times.
• Able to work flexible hours and shifts as needed. Nice to Have
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Mechanical skills that contribute to the longevity and smooth operation of equipment.
• Maintaining accurate records and data.
• Working computer knowledge.
• Strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Flow-to-work mentality and a hungry learner. Compensation & Benefits
• Starting Pay / Salary Range: $22.43 per hour with up to a $1.50 shift incentive.
