About the Role Uline is seeking a Warehouse Manager for overnight operations in Kenosha, WI. The role is responsible for overseeing warehouse activities during the overnight shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate fulfillment of orders.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise overnight warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage a team of associates, scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipments.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments (inventory control, transportation) to optimize flows and address issues.
