About the Role Uline is hiring a Warehouse Manager - Overnights in Pleasant Prairie, WI to oversee overnight warehouse operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and support a fast-paced fulfillment environment for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise overnight warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Manage staffing, shift coverage, and performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (receiving, shipping, inventory control) to optimize processes.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, preferably with overnight shifts.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
