Warehouse Manager

About the Role The Warehouse Manager at the Grevesmuehlen, Germany site leads all warehouse operations, supporting packing, kitting and labeling, and ensures accurate receiving, storage and on-time picking. The role also oversees the creation of delivery documents, inventory management and space optimization, and acts as the focal point for all warehouse-related requests. What You'll Do

• Lead a team of approximately 5 employees in warehouse operations and coordinate daily activities
• Ensure accurate receiving and booking of goods, meticulous storage, and on-time picking as requested
• Manage shipment preparation, commissioning and kitting of items in boxes, and accurate labeling of boxes and items
• Create the entire set of delivery documents fulfilling customer requirements
• Take ownership of inventory management and accuracy, optimize warehouse space and act as the focal point for warehouse-related requests
• Report progress and metrics to the site manager on a regular basis as part of the local management team
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and other teams; adapt to changing priorities What We're Looking For
• Experience in warehouse operations and ideally in warehouse management
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Hands on approach while also able to work with the Google suite
• Ability to work as part of the local management team, reporting progress and metrics to the site manager
• Highly motivated with the ability to work closely with team members, other teams and both internal and external customers
• Ability to deal with changing priorities, multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Professional, quality oriented, positive and proactive
• German and English language proficiency Nice to Have
